To access our ebooks, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use our platform and make purchases.
Ebooks are purchased via our designated UPI ID. After completing a payment, you must submit your UPI Transaction ID on the platform for verification. Our admin team will manually verify the transaction against our bank records. Approval may take some time, and access will only be granted upon successful manual verification.
Upon successful payment verification, you will be granted access to read the purchased ebook directly within the Thinker platform.
All content, design, and intellectual property on the Thinker platform belong exclusively to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read purchased content personally.

We reserve the right to monitor account activity for suspicious behavior. If we detect violations of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or attempts to bypass our security measures to copy content, your account will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without notice or refund.
Thinker offers an affiliate/referral system. Affiliates must promote the platform ethically. Spamming, misleading claims, or creating multiple fake accounts to earn commissions are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in a way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
We strive to keep the platform accessible 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
The information provided in our ebooks is for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the results you will achieve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or the content provided.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
